So Yonex has a new innovation out - the DUORA.
As I watched the video, two questions cross my mind.
How do you construct and fuse a frame with two separate materials?
If each side is of a different shape, must I constantly keep tabs on which side I'm using to hit so that I am getting the optimal backhand or forehand stroke?
Well, at least this one sounds more scientific than sonic metal...
Duo face, Radical concept. Worth a wait.

There are quite a few victor rackets. Victor thrusterk 9900 and victor thrusterk origini. Wonder if you can review these.

Hey there Richard, the Victor brand has consistently been the one that disappoints me most... will pass on the brand given its track record. Afraid you'll have to look towards that UK guy for Victor reviews. He's got a pretty good array of em'.
The UK guy you are referring to is Paul Stewart. He's extremely biased towards Victor though, ever since he "changed sponsors" from Yonex to Victor. So I'd really take his reviews with several shakers of salt.
Well, he's probably the only source of Victor racket reviews out there. I don't have good things to say about the rackets from that brand, unfortunately.
Hi Authur,
I happened to see some images of Duora 10 racket shaft revealing some information - It said even balance racquet and Super slim shaft. So it don't come with the extra slim Shaft as the VTZF2 and since it is even balanced it might be probably the replacement of the Arcsarber series.
PS: Unfortunately i couldn't get hold of the images, when i checked today the admin removed those images and post.
I hear it'll be released soon. Will look forward to getting a first-hand account of it soon.
Got got word of the launch date in Singapore - 9 November
I've had the chance to use some of the older Prince rackets - both of which have been reviewed on the site.
Generally, I much prefer the old models like the Black Pearl.
Hi I read paul stewart too. Well Duora 10 is a even balanced racket. And many coaches who wrote a review on them said that they are awesome. PSLE is going to come soon after that I will go crazy playing many hours of badminton daily. Yonex Duora looks nice, and I will just keep to the green side (Aero frame) because no matter which side I use the amount of power given from the bow frame remains the same. The only differnce is the aerodynamic frame. Hope and wish that you could write a review on this!
Hey there Richard, I'm looking forward to getting my hands on the racket too. From what I can gather, there are two sides of the racket - one for forehand swings and the other for backhands.
This means you'll only be able to use the racket one way in order for you to fully utilize the form. Keeping it on one side permanently means you'll have to constantly spin the racket around for the shots you want to make.
Using one side also means that you'll have less power or less speed than with a racket of identical constitutions.
Dear Arthur, have you got yours yet? Or is the shop closed.I am very very impatient.
Richard
Hey Bro :) if Victor jetspeed 10 compare with doura 10 which want will you recommend ?
I have not used the Victor racket before, so I can't comment.
I have both of js10 and duora10, I vote for duora10 for power, drive and speed. But for manuver js10 better but not to significant
Thanks for sharing!
